Scott Hoffman

Scott Hoffman is a Senior Broker with Daniels Trading. After graduating from the University of Chicago in 1986 with a degree in Economics, Scott worked on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Following his time at the CME, Scott went to work off the floor, serving as the personal broker to a former chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade. Here Scott learned the trading and brokering business, a process that he continues to expand and refine.

Scott focuses on trade execution and trader education. His writing has appeared on Futuresource and Trader’s Savvy, and he is a regular contributor to Insidefutures.com and Futuresknowledge.com. Scott has given a number of web seminars for the Chicago Board of Trade, and is also the publisher of Swing Trader’s Insight, a futures swing trading newsletter.

Joe Bridges

Joe started trading in the gold and silver markets in the early 80’s shortly after leaving the North Carolina University system.

After starting a futures branch office in Western North Carolina, Joe moved to Chicago in 1985, dividing his time between market analysis and managing brokerage operations. Joe was responsible for running the highly acclaimed “Merlin Method”, a sophisticated technique of intra-wave market analysis, before moving on to providing custom execution to small financial institutions and high net-worth individuals in the exotic Yield Curve and Swaps markets.

Joe is currently focused on statistical market analysis and system development with Daniels Trading in Chicago.
